🌦️ Weather & Cancellations

What if it rains or gets windy?

Safety first. Inflatables can’t be used in rain (even light drizzle), during lightning, or when winds are 15 mph or higher. Please keep an eye on the weather and stop use immediately if conditions change. If severe weather is forecast before your event, we’ll reschedule and apply your deposit to the new date—or move your rental to a suitable indoor location you provide.

What if I need to cancel?

No worries—life happens! If you cancel 7 or more days before your event, your $100 non-refundable deposit becomes a credit you can use within one year (subject to availability). If you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.
Weather worries? If unsafe weather is expected, you can reschedule anytime and your deposit moves with you.

🛑 Safety & Rules

Is adult supervision required?

Yes—an adult (18+) must actively supervise all inflatable play from start to finish. Keep eyes on the entrance, follow the posted rules, and limit riders to safe group sizes so everyone has fun and stays safe.

Can kids eat or drink in the bounce house?

For everyone’s safety (and a clean, non-slippery floor), please keep all food and drinks outside the inflatable. Also no shoes, gum, silly string, pets, or sharp objects inside. Hydration breaks are great—just step out, sip, then jump back in!

What are all of the bounce house rules?

No flips or somersaults.
No rough play—no pushing, shoving, colliding, or horseplay.
No climbing/hanging on walls, tops, or backs of the unit.
No crawling under the edges.
Don’t tape or hang anything on the inflatable.
Keep it clean: no food, drinks, candy, shoes, gum, pets, or sharp objects inside.
Messy materials are a no-go: no silly string, face paint, party poppers, confetti, colored streamers, slime, arts & crafts on/near the unit.
No smoking or BBQs on or near the inflatable.
Damage or excessive cleaning may result in fees

🚚 Delivery & Setup

When will you deliver?

Our crew aims to arrive 1–3 hours ahead of your start time to complete a full, safety-checked setup before guests arrive. We’ll confirm the precise window beforehand.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Please make sure the space is clean and clear—no pet waste, pine needles, or pine cones—flat/level, and easy to access. A responsible adult (18+) must be present to sign the paperwork.

Can you setup at a park?

Yes! 🎉 Clients are responsible for any permits and park-required insurance. Please also confirm a power source at your site; if power isn’t available, we can add a generator rental to your booking.
Tip: Parks often require permits and paperwork—check early!

Can I move rental items after setup?

For everyone’s safety, please don’t move any rentals once we’ve set them up—this includes inflatables and the photo booth. These items must stay anchored, leveled, and plugged in correctly.

Exception: lightweight yard games (like Giant Jenga, Connect-4, cornhole) are okay to reposition.
Need something moved? Text or call us and we’ll do our best to help—a relocation fee may apply.

🔌 Power & Setup Requirements

Do I need to provide power?

Yes—just a standard 110–120V household outlet within 50–100 ft of the setup area. If power isn’t available, we can add a generator rental to your booking. (We bring outdoor-rated extension cords!)

What surfaces can inflatables go on?

Approved surfaces: level grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers, sports courts (indoors or outdoors).
Not allowed: gravel/rocks, dirt, or uneven ground.
Stakes on grass; weights on hard surfaces.

How much space is needed?

Each inflatable is a little different, but plan for at least 2–3 feet of clearance on all sides for safety, anchoring, and the blower. If you’re setting up indoors, make sure there’s enough ceiling height and no low lights or sprinklers. We’ll confirm the exact footprint and height for your specific rental.
