Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION & RENTAL POLICY Reservation: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required and applies toward the total. Booking is confirmed only after we receive the deposit, signed documents, and approve the reservation. The balance is due 3 days before the event. Bookings within 3 days require full payment. Delivery & Timing: Delivery and setup are included in South Lake Tahoe, Kingsbury, and Stateline. Other delivery fees are quoted before booking. Setup is generally 1-2 hours before the rental; standard pickup is by 9 PM. Later pickup or overnight rental requires approval and may cost extra. Customers must provide venue permission and access. No pickup access may result in an additional daily charge. Setup: Provide a clear, level area with enough space, safe access, and suitable power. No inflatable setup on gravel, rocks, dirt, or uneven ground. Remove hazards and pet waste and turn off sprinklers. All locations require approval. Equipment may not be moved, altered, disconnected, or decorated without written approval. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation 7 days or less before the event may also incur a $50 fee. Other payments may be refunded less fees and non-recoverable costs. Weather: We decide whether conditions are safe. If we cancel before setup for unsafe weather, payments become credit toward an available date within 1 year; the notice rule and cancellation fee do not apply. Stop use during rain, lightning, winds of 15 mph or higher, or a lower manufacturer limit. Safety: A responsible adult 18+ must supervise and enforce posted rules, limits, and instructions. No shoes, food or drinks, animals, sharp objects, rough play, flips, climbing, Silly String, slime, confetti, or face paint. If a blower stops, an alarm sounds, pressure drops, or another unsafe condition occurs, stop use, evacuate everyone, and call (530) 277-4933. Do not attempt repairs or bypass safety equipment. Damage: The customer is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, theft, or loss, excluding normal wear. Excessive cleaning is $100-$300. Repair or replacement is charged at actual cost. By reserving, I agree to this policy and understand that required Rental Agreements and Liability Waivers must be signed before setup.
